1. Service / 서비스

Standard Gosiwon ("the Service", operated by 스탠다드고시원 주식회사 / Standard Gosiwon Co., Ltd., Seoul, Korea) provides short-term residential room rentals in Jongno-3-ga, Seoul. This is a residential rental service, not a hotel or lodging business.

본 서비스는 서울 종로3가 소재 단기 주거용 객실 임대 서비스이며, 호텔·숙박업이 아닌 임대업입니다.

2. Booking & Payment / 예약 및 결제

Reservations are confirmed upon completion of payment (rent + refundable deposit). Prices are shown in USD. By booking, the tenant agrees to the lease agreement presented at checkout.

예약은 결제(임대료 + 환불 가능 보증금) 완료 시 확정됩니다. 결제 시 제시되는 임대차계약서에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

3. Tenant Responsibilities / 임차인 의무

• Keep the room clean; daily cleaning/towel/room service are not provided. 객실 청결은 임차인이 관리합니다.
• No loud noise after 10 PM; no unauthorized overnight guests. 야간 소음·무단 숙박 금지.
• Valid passport or ARC is required at booking. 여권 또는 외국인등록증 필요.

4. Termination / 계약 해지

Violation of the lease terms may result in immediate eviction without deposit refund.

계약 위반 시 보증금 환불 없이 즉시 퇴실 조치될 수 있습니다.
